“Winter Thaw” A Limited Edition giclée print of 100 worldwide plus 10 Artists Proofs  
details The first of the SMALL WONDERS Collection and the largest. This horse drawing was produced for the Small Wonders exhibition held by Sycamore Fine Arts in Goshen, Indiana. The horse is my own Thomas wearing his winter coat, and I photographed him on a very sunny and still February morning with clear blue skies. The water was the result of a winter thaw. Unfortunately it caused our stream to break its banks but, despite the drainage work required, I'm grateful, because it resulted in this lovely drawing of Thomas and his reflection. Order #: GP258

details The first of two companion prints. "Bindweed and Ladybird" will be on the drawing board early next year. This drawing was produced for a "Negative Drawing" workshop that I ran at WetCanvas!. The track on which we live has an abundance of Hoverflies feeding on Bindweed (or Convulvulus - my favourite weed!). Hoverflies are harmless and wear 'Wasp Suits' for safety. Order #: GP256
