"Rottweiler"

This Rottweiler was one a group of five that I photographed in the Midlands, and they were, without a doubt, some of the nicest and level-headed dogs I have ever met. Also please note they are Rottweilers pronounced "Rott-Veiler" from Rottweil in Germany, and not "RottWeiler" as is commonly heard these days. I thoroughly enjoyed this drawing - especially working out ways to make the tan colouration read correctly and not as black highlights.

The drawing took approximately 85 hours to complete.
